Instance
Backups
Clients can create backups at any time, as well as schedule automatic ones. You can configure where those backups are stored, whether that'd be on services like BackBlaze or S3 or your own (S)FTP servers or just on the local machine.
Player manager
View who's currently online on your a given instance and perform various actions on them such as kicking, banning, sending them a direct message, and more. All of these actions are customizable through the SDK.
Databases
Allow clients to create databases for a variety of database platforms. Databases are assigned to the closest database-capable node based on ping times and can be migrated from one node to the other.
SFTP support
Prefer managing your files over an external protocol? No problem! With SFTP your file transfers are secured with TLS, unlike FTP that is wholely un-secure.
Per-instance firewalls

DNS support
Any instance can be assigned multiple DNS hostnames of any type.
Fine-grained sub-user system
The sub-user system allows you to assign any other user access to your instances. You can specifically define what they have access to by defining what tools they have access to.
Extensive monitoring & statistics
GameDash can collect statistics such as player count, CPU and memory usage, current map, TPS. Clients can retrieve a comprehensive overview of these statistics, and as an administrator, it gives you great insight-in to the network's usage.
Graphical configuration editor
GameDash's graphical configuration editor allows clients to edit the instance's configuration files without having to edit inside of a text editor, thereby making is significantly easier for clients to configure their instance just right. Syntax rules can be defined on a per-file basis inside the service's SDK module.
Transfer instances between nodes
Instances can be automatically transferred between nodes in the same datacenter, but also nodes between nodes in your other datacenters. It also alters the instance's configuration for the change in network and location.
Automatic instance re-installations
Instances can be automatically re-installed. Network configuration and port allocations are automatically retained, saving players from having to bookmark new credentials.
Infrastructure
Automatic load balancing
GameDash keeps track of utilization of your entire infrastructure. This allows it to pick the least utilized node when a new instance is created and keeping load balanced.
Automatically deploy updates
You can automatically deploy updates to all nodes in the infrastructure whenever you want with just a few clicks. All of the services running will simply remain running during the update process!
Automatically install & keep dependencies updated
GameDash keeps installs required the software dependencies, for example, Java, and keeps them up to date too!
Integrated cross-platform shell
Want to do a quick bit of work on one of your nodes? Use the built-in cross-platform shell to connect to both Windows -and Linux-based machines.
Status monitoring & statistics
GameDash automatically monitors your infrastructure and collects statistics to give you a real sense of how your infrastructure is doing. If one of your nodes happen to go offline, you'll immediately be notified by GameDash via e-mail and push notification. You can even configure it to send a notification to Slack, Discord, and your phone using SMS.
File system & OS partition monitoring
GameDash automatically monitors the file system health of each node, letting you know how much space is available on each partition and also alerts you when one of the partitions is close to filling up preventing service disruption.
Network & process monitoring
See what's currently running and using network bandwidth and pause, resume or, kill any process.
IPMI support
GameDash has full IPMI support, allowing you to, for example, remotely reboot, shutdown, or boot a machine without having to boot up an external IPMI tool. GameDash also allows you to view the serial console as well as change the boot order.
Incident logging
GameDash automatically logs downtime through the incident system, as well as allowing you to manually create an incident informing clients of planned or unexpected downtime. Incidents are displayed to clients in-panel on the home screen as well as on a dedicated status page.

Hybrid ticket system
GameDash has a built-in hybrid ticket system, allowing you to more effectively communicate with clients and shortening the time to resolution by being able to have a real-time conversation with clients. Whenever one side is not online, it simply acts as a traditional ticket system.
